Return Policy

Returns

• Centrapak needs to be notified within 48hrs from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition, you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Products that have a sealed box/package must still be sealed and undamaged
• Defective goods will either be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Centrapak.
• You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only products with factory defects will be accepted for a refund or replacement

Shipping of returned goods

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handling Fees

• A handling/admin/processing fee of 10% may be charged when orders are canceled due to the customer not wanting the product/s.
• Special bulk orders will have either a handling fee or might not be refunded, depending on our supplier or manufacturer refund policy.
